Creamy, dreamy Alfredo sauce just like the restaurant’s—ready in 35 minutes and made with real cheese and fresh garlic.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup butter

    • 2 cups heavy cream

    • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese

    • 2 oz cream cheese (optional)

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

    • 1 lb fettuccine or pasta of choice

    Instructions

    1. Cook the Pasta

      • Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Start the Sauce

      • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

    3. Add Cream

      • Pour in heavy cream. Stir in cream cheese (if using) until melted.

    4. Incorporate Cheeses

      • Whisk in Parmesan and Romano gradually until smooth and creamy. Simmer on low for 5–10 minutes.

    5. Season

      • Add salt and black pepper to taste.

    6. Combine & Serve

      • Toss cooked pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese or herbs.
