1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 oz cream cheese (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Start the Sauce

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Cream

Pour in heavy cream. Stir in cream cheese (if using) until melted.

Incorporate Cheeses

Whisk in Parmesan and Romano gradually until smooth and creamy. Simmer on low for 5–10 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.
