6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 cup smoked turkey or ham, cooked and diced (substitute for bacon)

3 teaspoons garlic, minced

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
2️⃣ Combine the Ingredients:
In the prepared pan, mix together potatoes, cheddar cheese, smoked turkey or ham, garlic, and onion until evenly combined.
3️⃣ Add the Mayonnaise:
Add the mayonnaise and gently stir to coat the potatoes thoroughly.
4️⃣ Bake:
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 1½ hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
5️⃣ Optional:
For a crispier top, switch to broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.
