5 large potatoes, cut into thin slices

1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tsp parsley flakes

2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange sliced potatoes in a greased 9×13 glass baking dish.

Pour whipping cream over potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.

Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes.

Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly.
