Homemade Arby’s Beef & Cheddar Sandwich

Your favorite drive-thru sandwich—made better at home with bold flavors and melty cheese.

    Ingredients

    Sandwich:

    • 4 onion buns

    • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef

    • 4 slices cheddar cheese

    • 1/2 cup homemade Arby’s Sauce (see below)

    Arby’s Sauce:

    • 1/2 cup ketchup

    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    • 1 tbsp brown sugar

    • 1/4 tsp onion powder

    • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

    • 1/4 tsp paprika

    Instructions

    1. Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all Arby’s Sauce ingredients until well blended. Set aside.

    2. Heat Beef & Cheese: Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer roast beef with cheese on a baking sheet. Bake for 2–3 minutes until warm and melty.

    3. Toast Buns: Lightly toast onion buns to keep them sturdy and add flavor.

    4. Assemble: Spread Arby’s Sauce on buns. Layer warm beef and cheese on the bottom bun and close the sandwich.

    5. Serve Immediately with fries or slaw. Enjoy!
