Ingredients
Sandwich:

4 onion buns

1 pound thinly sliced roast beef

4 slices cheddar cheese

1/2 cup homemade Arby’s Sauce (see below)
Arby’s Sauce:

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions

Make Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all Arby’s Sauce ingredients until well blended. Set aside.

Heat Beef & Cheese: Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer roast beef with cheese on a baking sheet. Bake for 2–3 minutes until warm and melty.

Toast Buns: Lightly toast onion buns to keep them sturdy and add flavor.

Assemble: Spread Arby’s Sauce on buns. Layer warm beef and cheese on the bottom bun and close the sandwich.

Serve Immediately with fries or slaw. Enjoy!
