Beef Mushroom Medallions – Rich and Savory Beef with a Creamy Holiday Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

 

  • 1 package diced smoked sausage or ham

  • 4 beef medallions (sirloin or tenderloin)

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic 🧄

  • 8 oz pre-sliced mushrooms 🍄

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 🥛

  • 1 oz shredded Parmesan cheese 🧀

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

 

  1. Cook sausage or ham until browned; set aside.

  2. Flatten beef medallions slightly, season, and sear in the same pan.

  3. Remove beef; sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

  4. Stir in Parmesan, cream, and sausage. Simmer until thickened.

  5. Serve creamy mushroom sauce over beef medallions.
