1 package diced smoked sausage or ham

4 beef medallions (sirloin or tenderloin)

8 oz pre-sliced mushrooms 🍄

1 cup heavy whipping cream 🥛

1 oz shredded Parmesan cheese 🧀

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions

Cook sausage or ham until browned; set aside.

Flatten beef medallions slightly, season, and sear in the same pan.

Remove beef; sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

Stir in Parmesan, cream, and sausage. Simmer until thickened.

Serve creamy mushroom sauce over beef medallions.
