Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Crispy, cheesy, garlicky potato wedges baked to perfection. A simple yet addictive side or snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
