4 large potatoes, cut into wedges

3 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25–30 minutes or until tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
