Ingredients
For the Ice Cream Balls:

4 large scoops vanilla ice cream

2 cups cornflakes, crushed

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

Vegetable oil, for frying
For Topping:

Whipped cream
-
Honey or chocolate syrup

Cinnamon sugar
-
Maraschino cherries
Instructions

Form balls: Scoop ice cream into 4 balls. Freeze 2+ hours until firm.

Mix coatings: Combine crushed cornflakes, cinnamon, sugar. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

Coat: Roll frozen balls in cornflake mix, dip in egg, then roll again. Freeze another 2+ hours.

Heat oil: Heat 2″ oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry: Fry each ball for 8–10 seconds until golden. Drain on paper towels.

Serve: Top with whipped cream, syrup, cinnamon sugar, and a cherry. Enjoy immediately!
