Quick and EASY Salmon Teriyaki
Perfectly glazed, sweet-salty salmon ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and divide into two portions.

  2. Marinate: Place salmon in a dish or ziplock bag. Pour half the sauce over and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Cook: Grill or pan-sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  4. Thicken glaze: Simmer the reserved sauce in a saucepan until slightly thickened.

  5. Serve: Drizzle the glaze over cooked salmon. Serve hot with rice and your choice of sides.

  • 5 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 3 cloves grated garlic

  • 1 small thumb grated ginger

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp fresh black pepper
