Ingredients

Make the sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and divide into two portions.

Marinate: Place salmon in a dish or ziplock bag. Pour half the sauce over and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook: Grill or pan-sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Thicken glaze: Simmer the reserved sauce in a saucepan until slightly thickened.

Serve: Drizzle the glaze over cooked salmon. Serve hot with rice and your choice of sides.
