Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, diced

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

ยฝ cup chicken broth

ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

12 oz penne pasta, cooked al dente
Instructions

Cook pasta, reserve ยฝ cup water, and drain.

In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil and brown the cooked chicken. Set aside.

Add remaining oil, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Sautรฉ 2 minutes.

Add cream and broth. Simmer. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Return chicken and pasta to skillet. Toss to coat. Add pasta water if needed.

Finish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with more cheese or herbs if desired.
