Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza Casserole 🍕
Cheesy, creamy, and packed with pepperoni flavor, this casserole is like baked pizza and pasta in one. Easy to make, kid-approved, and perfect for potlucks or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Cheese Stuffed Tortellini, cooked

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 cups Whole Milk

  • ½ tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend (mozzarella-based)

  • 2 oz Pepperoni, quartered

  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce

  • Sliced Pepperoni, for topping

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In pot, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 min.

  3. Add milk & Italian seasoning. Heat until steaming.

  4. Stir in Velveeta & shredded cheese. Melt until smooth.

  5. Add cooked tortellini & quartered pepperoni. Stir to coat.

  6. Transfer to casserole dish.

  7. Spoon pizza sauce on top & swirl gently.

  8. Layer with sliced pepperoni & mozzarella.

  9. Bake 25 min uncovered. Broil 3–4 min for golden top.

  10. Let rest 5 min. Serve & enjoy!
