Instructions

In a bowl, combine chicken, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
