Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Cheesecake Batter:

  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Flavor Add-ins:

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce

  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Caramel pieces

  • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.

  2. Batter Base: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream.

  3. Layer: Pour half the batter over the crust. Add caramel, chocolate, and coffee to the remaining batter and pour over the first layer.

  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for 1 hour or until the center is set but jiggles slightly.

  5. Chill: Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. Serve: Garnish with whipped cream, caramel pieces, and graham cracker crumbs. Slice and enjoy.
