Ingredients
For the Patties:
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
For Assembly:
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices American cheese, cut in half
- ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing buns)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Make the Patties
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Press the beef mixture evenly into a thin, flat layer in the baking dish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
3. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Refrigerate while assembling the sliders.
4. Assemble the Sliders
- Slice slider buns in half, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spread half of the Big Mac sauce over the buns.
- Place the cooked beef patty layer on top.
- Add a layer of American cheese slices, letting them melt slightly.
- Sprinkle lettuce, diced onions, and pickles over the top.
- Spread the remaining Big Mac sauce over everything.
- Place the top half of the buns on top.
5. Bake & Finish
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Cover with foil and bake for 5-7 minutes until warm.
- Remove foil and bake for 3 more minutes to crisp the buns.
6. Slice & Serve!
- Cut into individual sliders and serve warm!
