- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 package taco seasoning

- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1 cup sliced black olives

- 1 red onion, diced

- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 cup salsa

- 2 cups crushed Doritos
Instructions

- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.

- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the package instructions. Set aside to cool.

- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, black olives, and red onion.

- Add the cooled taco-seasoned beef to the salad bowl.

- Right before serving, add the diced avocado and crushed Doritos. Toss everything together.

- Serve with dollops of sour cream and salsa on top.
