Ingredients

4 soft flour tortillas (taco size)

¾ cup pizza sauce

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 slices pepperoni (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly, leaving a border.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and add 6 pepperoni slices.

Roll up the tortilla tightly, seam-side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Slice each roll into 6–8 pieces.

Arrange rolls on the baking sheet. Brush with oil or butter and sprinkle with seasoning.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

Serve warm with extra sauce for dipping!
