1. Make the Dough

- Remove from heat and let cool until lukewarm (about 105°F-110°F).
- Sprinkle in yeast, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir in 8 cups of flour, mixing until combined.
- Cover with a towel and let rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
2. Add Remaining Ingredients
- After rising, stir in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and remaining 1 cup of flour.

3. Roll Out & Fill
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out dough into a large rectangle (about 30×10 inches).
- Brush melted butter over the dough.
