Ingredients
Filling:

1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack

1½ cups shredded Pepper Jack

3–4 jalapeños, diced

2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper
Breading:

1 cup flour
-
2 eggs + 1 tbsp milk

1½ cups seasoned breadcrumbs
For Frying:

Vegetable oil
Instructions

Mix cheeses, jalapeños, seasonings, and cream cheese.

Roll into balls and freeze 30–45 min.

Set up breading: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.

Bread frozen bites, repeat for extra crunch.

Heat oil to 350°F. Fry 2–3 min until golden.

Drain and serve with dipping sauce.
