- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, for depth)
- 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles or pickle relish
- 1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill or parsley (or both)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
- Add pickles, capers, lemon juice, and herbs. Stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
