¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemonade concentrate (or fresh lemon juice)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Bake the Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×13-inch cake pan or two 8-inch round pans.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cake mix, lemonade, vegetable oil, eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
2. Make the Lemonade Syrup
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemonade until dissolved.
Using a fork or toothpick, poke small holes in the cake.
Drizzle the lemonade syrup over the warm cake to infuse it with extra moisture and flavor.
3. Prepare the Whipped Frosting
In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, lemonade concentrate, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped lemonade frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
