Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned) π½
- Β½ cup flour
- Β½ cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp chili powder πΆοΈ
- Β½ tsp paprika
- ΒΌ tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste π§
- Oil for frying π’οΈ

Instructions
1. Mix Batter
In a bowl, combine corn, flour, cornmeal, beaten egg, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix to coat evenly.
2. Form Bites
Spoon out small portions and shape into bite-sized mounds.
3. Fry
Heat oil in a skillet. Fry corn bites until golden and crispy, about 2β3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
4. Garnish
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
