- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12.25 oz) jar caramel ice cream topping
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 (1.86 oz) Snickers candy bars, chopped
- ⅓ cup peanuts, chopped
- Caramel sauce, for drizzling
- Chocolate sauce, for drizzling
Instructions
- Bake the Cake:
- Prepare the devil’s food cake mix according to the package instructions, baking in a 9×13-inch pan.
- Prepare the Caramel Mixture:
- While the cake is baking, combine the sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping in a bowl, stirring until well mixed.
- Poke and Soak:
- Once the cake is done, and while it’s still hot, poke holes all over its surface using a fork or straw. Pour the caramel mixture over the cake, ensuring it soaks into the holes. Let the cake cool completely.
- Layer with Chocolate:
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the cooled cake.
- Make the Whipped Topping:
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed until stiff peaks form (1-2 minutes). Fold in the chopped Snickers bars.
- Assemble the Cake:
- Spread the whipped cream mixture evenly over the cake. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce.
- Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld and the topping set.
