Ingredients
- 1 package (17.5 oz.) snickerdoodle cookie mix
- ½ cup salted butter (1 stick)
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
- 3 tablespoons caramel topping
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the cookie mix, butter, and egg until well mixed.
- Distribute half of the dough in spoonfuls at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar.
- Evenly spread the apple pie filling over the dough.
- Dot the remaining cookie dough in spoonfuls over the apple pie filling and sprinkle with the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon sugar.
- Drizzle the caramel topping over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, topped with ice cream.
