1. Prep the Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and dry the potatoes.
  • Slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.

2. Season & Bake

  • Arrange potato slices on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with butter or olive oil for crispiness.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

3. Add Cheese & BEEF

  • Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over each potato slice.
  • Add crumbled BEEF on top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.

4. Garnish & Serve

  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
