1. Prep the Potatoes

- Wash and dry the potatoes.

2. Season & Bake
- Arrange potato slices on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with butter or olive oil for crispiness.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. Add Cheese & BEEF
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over each potato slice.
- Add crumbled BEEF on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
4. Garnish & Serve
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
- Serve warm with sour cream or ranch dressing!
