Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles (or spaghetti) π
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined π€
- 1 tbsp sesame oil π’οΈ
- 1 cup carrots, julienned π₯
- 1 cup bok choy or cabbage π₯¬
- 2 cloves garlic, minced π§
- 2 green onions, sliced πΏ
Sauce:
- ΒΌ cup soy sauce π§
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce π¦ͺ
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Cook Noodles
Boil noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. Stir-Fry Shrimp
Heat sesame oil in a pan. Cook shrimp 1β2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook Veggies
In the same pan, add garlic, carrots, and bok choy. Stir-fry 2β3 minutes until tender.
4. Combine
Add noodles, shrimp, and sauce to the pan. Toss everything to coat evenly. Stir in green onions.
5. Serve
Plate hot and garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds.
