- ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
For the Sliders:
- 12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any soft slider buns)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for extra crunch)
Optional Toppings:
- Extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Sliced green onions or fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, reserving the rest for topping.
2. Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms and tops intact.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls on a greased sheet pan or baking dish.
- Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the rolls.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
3. Brush with Buttery Garlic Topping
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using) for extra texture.
4. Bake Until Golden & Gooey
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
