When it comes to crowd-pleasing, cheesy, spicy, and buttery goodness, nothing hits the spot quite like Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Sliders. These irresistible, pull-apart sliders are the perfect combination of tender shredded chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, gooey melted cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, all baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot or your favorite)
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

For the Sliders:

  • 12-pack Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any soft slider buns)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for extra crunch)

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Sliced green onions or fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare the Chicken

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese, reserving the rest for topping.

2. Assemble the Sliders

  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottoms and tops intact.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls on a greased sheet pan or baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.

3. Brush with Buttery Garlic Topping

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using) for extra texture.

4. Bake Until Golden & Gooey

  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and slightly crispy.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing.
  • Garnish with extra ranch drizzle, crumbled blue cheese, or chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, spicy, cheesy goodness!
