Ingredients
- 2 packs ramen noodles 🍜
- 2 tbsp sesame oil 🛢️
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 2 tbsp soy sauce 🧂
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for depth) 🦪
- 1 tsp rice vinegar 🍚
- 1 tsp sugar
- Green onions, chopped 🌿
- Sesame seeds for garnish 🌱
Instructions
1. Cook Noodles
Boil ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets) until just tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Make Sauce
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Combine
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir, then toss in noodles to coat.
4. Garnish
Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot and enjoy.
