SAUSAGE & HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 

Perfect for a lazy weekend breakfast, this casserole combines savory turkey sausage, crispy hash browns, and melty cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the frozen hash browns evenly across the bottom.
  5. Layer the cooked turkey sausage on top of the hash browns.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and hash browns.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
