Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the frozen hash browns evenly across the bottom.
