- 1 lb ground turkey sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the frozen hash browns evenly across the bottom.
- Layer the cooked turkey sausage on top of the hash browns.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns, making sure it spreads evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
