Instructions

  • 12 oz Italian sausage

  • ½ cup onion, diced

  • 8 oz processed cheese (like Velveeta)

  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp dry mustard powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Notes

  1. Brown sausage and onion in a skillet until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add processed cheese and cream cheese. Stir over medium heat until melted.

  3. Whisk in mustard powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue to cook until hot and bubbling.

  4. Stir in sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted.
