How to Make Cinnamon Toast Crunch Rice Crispy Treats
Step 1: Melt the Butter & Marshmallows
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows, stirring constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon (if using).
Step 2: Stir in the Cereal
- Add Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal to the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Gently fold until evenly coated—be careful not to crush the cereal too much!
Step 3: Press into the Pan
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and gently press it down with a buttered spatula or wax paper.
Step 4: Cool & Cut into Squares
- Let the treats cool for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Slice into squares or bars and enjoy!
