RED VELVET BROWNIES

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare the Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Make the Batter

  • In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring, mixing well.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vinegar until combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chunks for extra sweetness!

3. Bake the Brownies

  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
