Ingredients

  • 32 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
  • 6 ounces pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Cut the canned biscuits into quarters and slice the pepperoni pieces in half.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, sliced pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, melted butter, garlic powder, and garlic salt. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, covering with foil during the last 10 minutes to prevent excessive browning.
  6. Once done, carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large plate to release the monkey bread.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
  8. Enjoy this mouthwatering Pizza Monkey Bread as a perfect appetizer or party snack!
