Bursting with the sweetness of ripe pineapples and the juicy tartness of strawberries, this two-tone frozen treat is a perfect blend of vibrant colors and refreshing flavors.

Ingredients

For the Pineapple Slush Layer:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice (for a citrusy zing)

  • Blend until smooth and slushie-like.

3. Swirl & Serve

  • In a clear glass, alternate scoops of pineapple slush and strawberry slush, creating a beautiful swirl effect.
  • Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the layers together.

4. Garnish & Enjoy!

  • Top with fresh pineapple, sliced strawberries, and a sprig of mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing tropical treat!
