Instructions
1. Blend the Pineapple Slush
- In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut water, honey, and lime juice.
- Blend until smooth and thick. If too thick, add a little more liquid.
- Transfer to a bowl and freeze for 5-10 minutes to keep it thick while making the next layer.
2. Blend the Strawberry Slush
- Rinse out the blender, then add frozen strawberries, orange juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth and slushie-like.
3. Swirl & Serve
- In a clear glass, alternate scoops of pineapple slush and strawberry slush, creating a beautiful swirl effect.
- Use a spoon or straw to gently swirl the layers together.
4. Garnish & Enjoy!
- Top with fresh pineapple, sliced strawberries, and a sprig of mint.
