Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325Β°F. Grease and flour a 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, and the cake begins to pull away from the sides. Let the cake cool slightly in the pan while you make the glaze.
- For the glaze, combine powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until the butter melts.
- Use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake, then pour the warm glaze over the cake in the pan. It may seem like a lot of glaze, but keep pouring!
- Let the cake cool in the pan for an additional 15-20 minutes, allowing the glaze to absorb, then invert the cake onto a serving platter.
