Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1/2 cup club soda (optional, for a fizzy touch)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, and coconut rum. Stir well to mix.
- Add the pineapple and mango chunks to the pitcher, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. For best results, let it chill overnight.
- Just before serving, add the club soda to the pitcher if you desire a fizzy sangria. Stir gently to mix.
- Serve the sangria over ice, making sure to get some fruit chunks in each glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices.
