Notes
Tips for the Best Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes
Use high-quality beef – Lean ground beef reduces grease, making the filling rich, not greasy.
Don’t skip the Worcestershire sauce – It gives the meat that signature savory depth.
Toast the buns! – Helps prevent sogginess and adds an amazing crispy bite.
For extra Philly cheesesteak flavor – Use thinly sliced ribeye instead of ground beef.
Make it spicy! – Add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce.
