This dish uses simple ingredients to recreate the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak in a pasta dish!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 12 oz pasta (rigatoni, penne, or rotini work best)
  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for searing the steak)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (for umami depth)

For the Creamy Cheese Sauce:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for extra cheesiness)

Toppings (Optional but Recommended!):
