Ingredients

  • 14 oz yakisoba noodles (or chow mein noodles) 🍜
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage 🥬
  • ½ cup sliced celery
  • ½ cup diced onion 🧅

Sauce:

  • ¼ cup soy sauce 🧂
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce 🦪
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil 🛢️
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare Noodles
If using yakisoba, rinse and loosen noodles. Cook chow mein noodles according to package if using dried.

2. Make Sauce
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, and sugar.

3. Stir-Fry Veggies
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Sauté onions, celery, and cabbage for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.

4. Add Noodles
Toss in noodles and stir to combine with veggies.

5. Pour Sauce
Add sauce to the pan and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
