Ingredients
- 12 ounces dark chocolate (chopped or chocolate chips)
- 12 ounces white chocolate (chopped or white chocolate chips)
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed into chunks
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candies (or candy canes)
Instructions
Step 1: Melt the Dark Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and smooth it out.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos on top.
- Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate
- Melt the white chocolate in the same way as the dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Pour over the hardened dark chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Oreos and crushed peppermint candies.
Step 3: Chill & Break
- Place the bark in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until completely set.
- Once firm, break into irregular pieces and serve!
