Ingredients
- 1 box orange Jell-O
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (14 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine orange Jell-O with boiling water. Whisk until dissolved.
- Add cold water and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Whisk in the vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Chill another 15–20 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Fold in Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes:
- Drain oranges well to avoid watery salad.
- Add crushed pineapple, coconut, or nuts for variation.
- Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
