Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ยผ cup granulated sugar
- ยฝ cup melted butter
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ยฝ cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Layer:
- 1 package (6 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
For the Topping:
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries (garnish)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into 9×9-inch dish.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Spread over crust.
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in strawberries and pour over cream cheese layer.
- Mix whipped topping and powdered sugar. Spread over Jell-O layer.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Keep refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 3 days.
