Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain fat.
- Add onions and green peppers; sauté 4 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook 1–2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix nacho cheese sauce and Rotel.
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread cheese mixture in center.
- Layer with beef, sour cream, extra veggies, and crushed Doritos.
- Roll tightly burrito-style. Toast in skillet until both sides are crisp.
- Serve hot with lettuce and optional toppings.
Tips:
- Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking.
- Brush tortillas with butter for extra golden color.
- Add guac or salsa for dipping on the side.
