Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat, then add the diced onions and green peppers. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Season the Meat: Stir in the taco seasoning mix, following the package instructions.
- Prepare the Nacho Cheese Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce. This will add an extra layer of creamy flavor to your wraps.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a surface. Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla. Add the beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, some sautéed onions and peppers, and top with crushed Doritos for that extra crunch.
- Roll and Toast: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up like a burrito. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps, turning them until crispy and golden on both sides.
- Serve: Once crispy and toasted, serve the wraps immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings you prefer.
