Ingredients
- 1 package cocktail rye bread
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
- Dill pickles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Assemble the Bites: Place the cocktail rye bread slices on the prepared baking sheet. Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing on each slice. Add a small piece of corned beef to each slice, followed by a spoonful of drained sauerkraut. Top each bite with a small piece of Swiss cheese.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
