Mini Pizzas

Ingredients

For Dough:

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For Topping:

  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • Pepperoni slices, basil, oregano
  • Optional: parmesan, garlic powder, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 min.
  2. Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until soft.
  3. Cover and let rise 1 hour.
  4. Divide into 12–14 balls. Roll each into a 3″ circle.
  5. Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve warm.
