Ingredients
For Dough:
- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Topping:
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- Pepperoni slices, basil, oregano
- Optional: parmesan, garlic powder, chili flakes
Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5–10 min.
- Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until soft.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Divide into 12–14 balls. Roll each into a 3″ circle.
- Top with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- Bake at 425°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Garnish and serve warm.
