These Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts are flaky, creamy, and bursting with fresh peach flavor. With a buttery tart crust, a smooth cream cheese filling, and juicy caramelized peach slices, these tarts are perfect for summer desserts, brunches, or tea parties.

Ingredients

For the Tart Crust:

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

For the Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Peach Topping:

  • 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Tart Crust

  1. In a food processor, pulse flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
  2. Add egg yolk and ice water, pulsing until dough forms.
  3. Wrap dough in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  1. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Step 3: Prepare the Peaches

  1. In a bowl, toss peach slices with honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.

Step 4: Assemble the Tarts

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out chilled dough and press into mini tart pans.
  3. Spoon cream cheese filling into each tart.
  4. Arrange peach slices on top in a fan pattern.

Step 5: Bake & Serve

  1. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and set.
  2. Cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with extra honey or powdered sugar.
  3. Serve warm or chilled.
