Ingredients
- 4–5 small Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Potatoes
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into ½-inch thick rounds.
Step 2: Coat with Seasoning
- In a large bowl, toss the potato rounds with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the rounds, pressing slightly to help it stick.
Step 3: Bake to Perfection
- Arrange the potatoes flat side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the potatoes and bake for another 5-10 minutes until crispy on both sides.
Step 4: Garnish & Serve
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dips like ranch, sour cream, or garlic aioli!
