  • 812 oz lump crab meat (drained and picked over for shells) 🦀

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Beat until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.

  4. Fold in cheddar cheese, Parmesan, red bell pepper, and crab meat. Stir gently to keep the crab from breaking apart too much.
